Eksplodemedia is a done-for-you personal branding and media studio. Public-facing operators named on the site are Elvis (Founder) and Kris (Co-Founder). We have not published a registered legal entity name, license number, or office address on this site. References to Eksplodemedia mean the studio that operates this website.

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or copy the design or copy for a competing site.

Content on the site (text, video, images, and marks) is for information. It is not a public offer to contract until we agree terms with you in writing or on a call that we confirm.

The packages on the site (Short-Form Engine, YouTube Engine, Complete Engine) describe typical monthly output and pricing in AED. Custom engagements are quoted individually. Scope, shoot location, and deliverables for a paying client are confirmed when we take you on, not by visiting the page.

Work may include strategy, scripts, directed production, editing, publishing, and reporting, as described on the site.

Book a Call uses Calendly at calendly.com/eksplodemedia/30min. A booked call is a conversation, not a paid retainer. We may cancel or reschedule. You should provide accurate details when you book.

The call is for qualification and positioning. Booking does not guarantee we will work together.

This website does not take card payments or run a checkout. The monthly AED prices shown on the Pricing section are the current public figures. A quote for you is confirmed on or after the call. Invoices and payment methods are arranged off this website.

The public page describes a three-month starting commitment. That commercial term applies if we engage. It is not created merely by reading the site.

The site, the EKSPLODEMEDIA name, and our pre-existing methods remain ours. Footage, stories, and marks you provide remain yours. Finished videos and assets we create for a paying client are handled in the client agreement. Until that agreement exists, you have no license to reuse our showreel, client work samples, or copy as if they were yours.

You may not use names or likenesses of people shown in testimonials or the gallery except as the site already displays them.

Audience growth, views, leads, and revenue depend on you, your offer, your market, and platforms we do not control. Case studies and numbers on the site are about specific people and periods. They are not a promise that you will get the same outcome.

Where the site describes a delivery guarantee (videos delivered, measurable targets set in week one, and continued work at no extra charge if agreed targets are not met by day 90), that language applies only to a paying client under that commitment, not to website visitors or a single call.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eksplodemedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, from a call, or from reliance on marketing examples.

Our total liability related to use of this website is limited to zero, because the site is free to browse. Liability for paid services is set in the client agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. That choice reflects that published prices are in AED and that we work with clients in and around that market. We have not published a court venue or registered office. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, UAE law still applies unless a later client agreement says otherwise.

We may change these Terms at any time. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
