Eksplodemedia operates this website and the content packages described on it. Founders named on the site are Elvis (Founder) and Kris (Co-Founder). We have not published a registered company number, data protection officer, or street address on this site. Do not treat any name other than Eksplodemedia as a legal entity we have confirmed here.

This site does not publish an email address and does not include a written contact form. The way to reach us is Book a Call, which opens our Calendly scheduling page at calendly.com/eksplodemedia/30min. You can also use the Book a Call control on the homepage.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and similar logs created by our hosting and analytics tools.

If you use Book a Call, Calendly collects the details you submit, typically your name, email address, and any notes you add. We receive those details so we can run the call.

Usage events, such as primary CTA clicks, may be sent to analytics or ad platforms when those tools are switched on.

If you watch a VSL or gallery video, the player and the host (including YouTube, Vimeo, or our file hosts) may collect playback and device data.

We do not run an on-site checkout. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

We use information to operate and secure the website, schedule and prepare strategy calls, understand how the site is used, measure campaigns when advertising or analytics IDs are configured, and communicate with you about a possible engagement after you book.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calendly processes scheduling and booking data for calendly.com/eksplodemedia/30min. Calendly has its own privacy policy.

YouTube (Google) may process data when you view embedded or linked videos, or when a YouTube poster image loads.

Vimeo may process data for embedded testimonial videos.

Instagram and Meta may process data for linked reels. If a Meta Pixel ID is set in our environment, Meta may also receive page-view and event tags.

Google may process data through Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads, each only if the matching ID is set.

TikTok may process data through an advertising pixel, only if a TikTok pixel ID is set.

LinkedIn may process data through the Insight Tag, only if a LinkedIn partner ID is set.

Vercel hosts the site and runs Vercel Analytics.

Cloudflare R2 and Vercel Blob may host video and image files when those URLs are used.

Marketing tags on this site are stubs. They load only when the matching public ID is present. If an ID is empty, that vendor script is not loaded.

The site and its embeds may set cookies or local storage for basic site function and theme preference, Calendly when the scheduler loads, embedded players such as YouTube and Vimeo, Vercel Analytics, and Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn tags when those IDs are enabled.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking some cookies may stop Book a Call or video embeds from working as expected.

We keep booking and inquiry notes as long as we need them to run a call, start a project, or meet a legal or accounting duty. Analytics and ad platforms keep data under their own retention rules. You can ask us to delete information we hold by booking a call and stating the request.

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to some processing.

We are not publishing a GDPR registration, EU representative, or DPO on this site. If your local law gives you extra rights, contact us through Book a Call and we will handle the request in good faith.

This site is aimed at adult founders and operators. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our tools and hosts may process data outside your country, including the United Arab Emirates, the United States, and the European Union, depending on the vendor. By using the site or booking a call, you understand that your information may leave your home country.

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
